5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Return Window: You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return/exchange.

• FINAL SALE Items (Non-Returnable): For hygiene and safety, the following cannot be returned:

  Please try these on carefully before removing tags.

• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving your approved return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
• User Responsibility: Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties on international returns.
