- Initiate Your Request

Our customer service team will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions within 1-2 business days. Do not send items back without an RMA. - Pack & Ship Your Return
Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA email inside. Use the provided return label (if applicable) and mail to our returns center. We recommend a trackable service. - Inspection & Processing
