Wait for Our RMA & Instructions

Our customer service team will review your request and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions within 1-2 business days. Do not send any items back without an RMA number.

Pack & Ship Your Return

Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA email inside the package. Affix the provided return shipping label (if applicable) and mail your package to our returns center. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Once we receive and inspect your return (this usually takes 3-5 business days after delivery), we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed immediately!
