Each product comes with care instructions on the label. Generally, we recommend washing similar colors together in cold water and avoiding high heat drying to maintain the quality and color of your garments.

We ship worldwide! However, due to logistical constraints, we’re currently unable to deliver to some parts of Asia and a few remote regions. If your area is affected, this will be shown at checkout.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships!

We want you to love everything you buy! You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for a refund. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

Visit our Returns & Exchange page to begin the process. You’ll need your order number and email address. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-10 business days.

For hygiene reasons, bras and intimate apparel can only be returned if the original packaging is unopened and seals are intact. All other items follow our standard return policy.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. In those cases, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
